Yes, there will be an exposition. As this is the first time we are doing this....the number of posters in the exposition will be dictated by the space available and the number of entries.

Firefly Cinema is now in it's 6th year here in Zipolite. There has been a cinema here for over 14 years. The original operator of a cinema here started something wonderful and it has continued to grow and evolve over the years.
Firefly presents movies of all sorts and languages as well as music, dance, art and song. Many have considered the cinema a bit of a cultural centre. We are honoured that people should think so highly of us. The movie poster contest is a project to bring another outlet for artistic expression to the public. The intent is to continue this contest annually and build a collection of amazing art and vision.
We truly hope that people further afield that have been to ZIpolite especially but are unable to return right now will take some time to create a poster so they may be here in spirit.
Firefly Cinema está ahora en su sexto año aquí en Zipolite. Aquí ha habido un cine durante más de 14 años. El operador original de un cine aquí comenzó algo maravilloso y ha seguido creciendo y evolucionando a lo largo de los años.
Firefly presenta películas de todo tipo e idiomas, así como música, danza, arte y canciones. Muchos han considerado el cine como un centro cultural. Nos sentimos honrados de que la gente piense tan bien de nosotros. El concurso de carteles de películas es un proyecto para ofrecer al público otra vía de expresión artística. La intención es continuar este concurso anualmente y construir una colección de arte y visión asombrosos.
Realmente esperamos que las personas más lejanas que han estado en ZIpolite especialmente pero que no pueden regresar ahora se tomen un tiempo para crear un póster para que puedan estar aquí en espíritu.
