Submission Guidelines/Requisitos para el envÃo
1. The final presentation of the posters will be 1 m X .7 m. Your digital entry of your submission is required to be of a suitable quality for printing of that size. /La presentación final de los carteles será de 1 m X 0,7 m. Se requiere que la entrada digital de su envÃo sea de una calidad adecuada para la impresión de ese tamaño.
2. Naming your entry: though the theme and the movie name is 'ZIPOLITE: The Movie' we do suggest you name your poster something more unique for entry. The naming format for entry is: Your Name_Name of Piece_Date of Entry./Nombrar tu entrada: aunque el tema y el nombre de la pelÃcula es "ZIPOLITE: La pelÃcula", te sugerimos que nombres tu cartel con algo más exclusivo para la entrada. El formato de nomenclatura para enviar tu archivo es: Nombre de autor_Nombre de pieza_Fecha de entrada.
3. Other submission information: Work technique, real measurements (as best as you are able) and place of origin./Otra información de envÃo: técnica de trabajo, medidas reales (lo mejor que pueda) y lugar de origen.
4. Payment of your entry fee: If you are here in Zipolite, please come to the cinema with your entry. Pesos only please. If you are submitting your entry from further away, please send us an email (contact button) and we can give you additional information there./Pago de la tarifa de entrada: Si se encuentra aquà en Zipolite, venga al cine por su entrada. Unicamente pago en efectivo. Si está enviando su inscripcion desde más lejos, envÃenos un correo electrónico (botón de contacto) y podemos brindarle información adicional allÃ.

What happens after I make my entry?

1.
Once we receive your entry we will confirm that it is a size we can use, that it meets the few criteria we have laid out, and the entry fee has been received, etc.

2.
We will name it and file each file accordingly. Each judge will receive a copy to evaluate and rate your art work. We anticipate the judging period to be no more then one week.

3.
At that time we will contact the winners and making a public posting here, on the Zipolite the Movie Poster FB Page and various other places.
​
4.
We will make arrangements for prizes to be given/sent/presented, etc. Get a printable file for the selected posters for the exposition. All artists to be included will be contacted.

5.
We will proceed to print at least one copy of the selected posters or more as agreed upon by the interested parties.
​
6.
We will post the details for the exposition!!!
​
7.
Celebrate some wonderful art!!! Botha physical and a virtual (here) exposition of the entries and winners.

8.
Select posters will be available for sale at the cinema the entire year (with agreement of the artist)!

Una vez que recibamos su entrada, confirmaremos que es un tamaño que podemos usar, que cumple con los pocos criterios que hemos establecido, y que se ha recibido la tarifa de entrada, etc.

Lo nombraremos y organizaremos conforme vayan llegando. Cada juez recibirá una copia para evaluar y calificar su obra de arte. Anticipamos que el perÃodo de evaluación no será más de una semana.

Listo esto, nos comunicaremos con los ganadores y publicaremos los resultados aqui, en la página de Zipolite the Movie Poster FB y en varios otros lugares.
4.
Haremos los arreglos para la entrega / envÃo / presentación de premios, etc. Obtenga un archivo imprimible de los carteles seleccionados para la exposición. Se contactará con los artistas.
5.
Procederemos a imprimir al menos una copia de los carteles seleccionados, o más, según sea el acuerdo con cada uno.
6.
Posteriormente, publicaremos los detalles de la exposición !!!
7.
¡Celebrar al arte maravilloso! Una exposición fÃsica y virtual (aquÃ) de las inscripciones y los ganadores.

¡Los carteles seleccionados estarán disponibles para la venta en el cine durante todo el año (con el acuerdo del artista)!
